Instead it would have been a completely new treaty had Polar accepted the idea of downgrading the relationship to an ODP, but well once again had you paid attention to the IAA situation you would have noticed that this simply doesn't fly with Polar. Anyways congratulations to TIO, now get rid of that other treaty and you might not suck total ass.
