1. Great Treaty. DT and TORN so smexy... mmm mcgangbang yum.
 2. Quite possibly the most respectable move I've ever seen MK make, I love it guys. Good luck to both parties involved.
 3.
with an attitude like that i'd be ashamed to even say i used to be treatied to you honestly...dropping friends over who they like just seems catty to me ...wth is up with alliances canceling treaties with long time partners and then immediate hate lately? i'm sure it wouldnt take 5min for me to pull up examples
We hate them? well that's good to know... Hey TIO, I hate you! now go die in a fire and such I'll make sure if we're ever at war that I disband you! o/ TIO
 4.
Oh, to be a fly on the proverbial wall in that coalition channel.
Let's just say... it was weird... really weird.
 5.
And have a look at the terms in the OP, it was enough.
Considering they wanted to "Teach NsO a lesson for a little while before peace." I'd say they didn't get what they wanted from this situation. Perhaps I'm one to think that a little while is more than one update of war before running with your tail tucked because you realized that the alliance you messed with has a good protector.
 6.
Should have let them duke it out tbh, IAA are party poopers. Peace
Didn't get enough of us last war James? I'm sure we could find a way to let that happen somehow without causing a global war, if you really wanted to.
 7.
Cant wait to see some other alliances stances on this issue
Wait you didn't see Invicta and RIA's stance on the issue?
 8.
Ahaha I like that. Or the War of Weeaboo Destruction .
That would assume that both Weeaboo alliances will be destroyed in this whole thing.
 9.
Lets leave it be. I love the hypocrisy displayed in this topic. I hope the IAA hammer comes down on them and smashes their cartoon fantasy.
Hammer? I believe you mean The brunt of the Imperial Fleet? I mean yes, the empire could likely use a hammer and finish this in no time flat, but a nuclear armed Fleet makes it much prettier in my professional opinion.
 10.
The point is, you (and most of the people in here) don't have all the facts, are blinded by unjustified bias bordering on the crippling or both, so whatever we say and however justified we are, nothing will satisfy the peanut gallery. We expected it, to be quite honest. Do continue. You even admitted that I gave you the two weeks' warning in a previous instance of this discussion. Get out.
So, because everyone else doesn't see this the way that you do, they have a bias against you. Have you ever stopped to think that maybe no one truly cares about SOS, you just seem to force caring down there throats? And that because of that you're paranoid that everyone has it out for you?
 11.
Lol, not this !@#$ again. (Erikz and Arrnea) And IAA, attack SOS already, or you're the worst protectors ever, ever.
IAA for WPE? Hmm I like this idea let's run with it. Then we'll do what we always do, defend our allies. Sorry, they did give us 2 hours before update we should have hit them right then and there.
 12.
More like because someone in IAA leaked the discussion to NsO and "asking IAA to talk to their protectorate about wayward behavior of their members" somehow turned into NsO accusing us of "trying to get their allies to drop them". Nice try though.
So because IAA was asked to talk to them about "wayward behavior" it was a leaked conversation? Good to know that when you're asked to talk to someone, you're really not supposed to talk to them.
 13.
You make some excellent points. Have you ever considered joining IAA? It's a very good alliance and we very much appreciate those with artistic skills such as yourself. I'm sure Chim would be willing to even give you a government position. Actually let me get Chim. He's better at poaching than I am. Just please don't tell SOS. I wouldn't want to start a war or anything. Not that they'd be foolish enough to declare over something so stupid. But you never know these days.
So... much win in so few statements, this is why you belong in the IAA Taget. <3
 14.
I hadn't realized that NsO was incapable of informing IAA what had transpired/happened in a reasonable and mature manner to their protector(s). I personally can't say I'm the biggest fan of the "Well, why didn't you inform <inset protector here>" statement when directed toward a seemingly wronged party. SOS's beef was (and is) with NsO, with IAA's direct involvement (and thus snow balling a very funky chain) being a consequence. That's honestly the exact same thing as saying that you need to contact all MADP (and maybe even MDoAP) partners as well as the "accused" party because in reality, that's all a protectorate really is: a hyped up and glorified MADP.
Considering they chose not to deal with NsO themselves, I'd say at least attempting to deal with someone who has a Mutual Defense Clause with the "offending" alliance might be a good call.
 15.
Touche Then how about RIA->INT->ODN->MK
Need I even cover why this one is highly unlikely? also one could argue that NsO as a protectorate is an extension of IAA, thus the Chain would be NsO/IAA - > tLR -> MK. since MK is the only alliance everyone is worried about.
 16.
So judging by the former AAs of its members, The Last Remnants is at least a splinter of Athens and, if I'm reading the innuendo right, may even be a successor to Athens itself after Athens' disbandment. I know the cryptic stuff is fun for you, but sometimes just getting to the point is better. Especially if this is Athens' disbandment notice. I know a lot of people, including myself, would want to say goodbye if it was.
Seriously? This is like the worst kept secret ever, well behind the formation of Pandora's Box. How do you not know what this is about? Anyways, good luck to TLR I look forward to working with you guys in the future, good luck to Athens as well.
 17.
1. By that I meant we didn't say "Come and join TIO and leave IAA". 2. So your more than happy to trash us over it, but when I actually say what really happened, you suddenly don't care? 3. Well, when Chim states there was a communication breakdown, you can't blame us for it when our gov was active
1. Let's go down this "poaching" argument again, it's been done before dave, but let's put it in the public this time. 2. I've said my piece on it private, and I have no need to add more to it. 3. When he said a break down in communication he meant the disrespect that was thrown at him after he retook the throne, as well the disrespect he returned.
 18.
Firstly, you seem to think you were the only party that was disrespected, while I can't ascertain whether or not my members harassed you because I don't have the logs of it so feel free to supply them, but you sure did a fair amount of disrespecting back to us, what was one of the first things you did when you became Emperor again? Oh right, come and try and poach TIO gov members for IAA, and then when I approached you about it your defense was "you guys poached IAA members after you founded" which is not true, your former members left of their own accord. Secondly, when we first came to speak with you about the NPO upgrade we told you we were considering it, but you obviously thought considering meant that we'd already agreed to it and had signed it. While it is true we have signed it now, we only did after we found out you were going to cancel on us. So no, we never lied to you as you say, you got information from another source which had no truth to it, and then you believed it even after said it wasn't true. Thirdly, with regards to a lack of communication between our alliances, name one active government member aside from TheListener from the time before you were Emperor? Cause we as hell didn't know of any. But anyway, way to stay classy in a cancellation thread IAA, I'm not saying you have to like us cause frankly I don't like you (specifically you, Chim) but there are right ways to cancel a treaty and wrong ways, and the wrong way is to try and drag our name through the mud.
1. Every nation leaves it's alliance of their own accord. 2. Really could care less about this point. 3. Yea I'm aware I was the only active government, why does that matter I mean seriously? As far as dragging your name through the mud, there was no such actions occurring until your new allies decided to try and stick up for you. Not our fault that TIO has made it so easy for your name to be dragged through the mud.
 19.
So presumably that wasn't the reason / the only reason for this announcement.
You are a wise wise man Vlad, in actuality this was a decision made by all 4 members recognizing that our Foreign Affairs paths were no longer as good of a match as they used to be, hence the dissolution of Synergy as a whole.
 20.
See Chimaera I'm just not buying that without a better explanation. What personal distaste? Why wait until now if the NPO upgrade was not the reason?
It's called a straw, and straws are pretty good at breaking camels backs.
 21.
I don't mind you hating us. But why on earth would you turn on your friends for that?
Turning on our friends for that? If that was the only issue involved you could call it that but I've covered it a million times over, it was simply the straw that broke the camels back.
 22.
Nailed it on the head. Also, it's been less than 3 years since GATO-1V ended. The fighting was going on 3 years ago today.
Let's also factor in that IAA was incapable of existing in this world for a complete year after the fact. So this would indeed be the last 2-3 years, and IAA still lives with everything that occured then, we learn from our past and try to make sure the same mistakes are not made.
