We allow our members to raid within our rules, and if they get hurt in the process they'll learn not to do it. [/quote] Mind if you expound on the experience a bit? Just asking as I've not noticed many people sharing what tech raiding has done to them in terms of how they play the game after being raided. I got hit by a raider after I left NPO and the red sphere became open to raiding during the Karma war. I got lucky in that the person raiding me only continued attacks to equal what I did to them after the initial battles. Made me realize how I wasn't alone even though I wanted to stay away from the global scale.

I think white peace has come about to deal with alliances not really involved in situations aside from treaties. It doesn't impose anything on them so there are no harsh feelings, and allows for an easy way to end the war. For alliances dealing with deeper issues then just treaties then terms are generally applied.
