Agreed, I think strongest to weakest would make things a bit more clear. Also, if ragnabloc is to be in then so should OPP and the rest of TPF's protectorates. This should explain it all.NOIR Link Pegasus Link Ragnabloc Link NOIR is a black team unity Optional Defense Pact with Senate and Economic sections announced on February 28, 2009. It currently has 23 members ODP The Purple Economic Acceleration & Collaborative Entente (P.E.A.C.E) is an economic treaty with the aim of stabilizing and enhancing the growth of the purple sphere, it consists of three blocs, Poseidon (an MDoAP bloc), Pegasus (a protectorate bloc) and finally an Economic bloc. Protectorate III. Protection and Defense:In the event that any signatory alliance is attacked, all signatory members are encouraged though not required to provide aid via military and financial means except for Ragnarok who assumes responsibility for the well-being of all of the undersigned members. An attack on any of the undersigned protectorates will be considered an attack on Ragnarok. Ragnarok will attempt to resolve such an issue on the behalf of the protectorates through diplomatic means before force is ever used.
