Meanwhile, TOP gained nearly the exact number of members that the Grämlins lost (TOP don't betray the Gremlins! ) and Citadel as a whole is showing why they are CN's elite as they begin to turn the economic machines back on. Watling Street Compact drops in every single category as it continues to reflect NPO's nose dive due to the on-going Karmic war even though three of the four members have already escaped the war. So despite losing a small amount of NS, you are actually the 3rd strongest bloc. I have fixed the original numbers and order in the OP and when I finish the update later this week, I'll have it included. In other news, only Poseidon and Complaints & Grievances posted gains in the NS department while the rest posted small loses, with Bastion coming in with the largest loss. I thought for sure I could get through this entire update in a few hours, however after 3 hours, this is as far as I have gotten. I'll attempt to finish the rest sometime this week, but expect 1 full update per week in the future. If anyone has an idea on how to make this more efficient and the updates to go quicker, I'm all ears. I don't understand the question. It is never "advised" to join a bloc or sign a treaty for that matter, you just do it because you trust another alliance and are willing to go to hell and back in their defense (and vice versa). A bloc is equivalent to a multiple partner treaty and as such the only thing needed is 3 friendly alliances of any size their are no rules for this.
