Seriously, what is the point in making people think your more retarded than you already are. Its like bob suicide
*Echelon, *You're, *It's, *suicide.
And NOIR, man we huge and we baaaaadass.
*We're, *We're, *badass. I figured as long as we're accusing people of being "retards..."
 2.
Ignorance has never been a valid excuse on this planet and never will.
I sincerely hope that is the case.
They do make excuses if even the person who was part the treaty was confused as to the existence of said treaty.
When your policy is "we won't beat people up for no reason if they have a scary big brother," then excusing yourself because you didn't know they had a scary big brother isn't commendable.
 3.
I'm saying that if even he was confused, then a foreign entity like PC would obviously be confused.
Sure, that's fair, even understandable. At the end of the day though, most people would say that even if you're confused, you're still liable for the mistakes you made. Ignorance and confusion do not make excuses. But then again, if people can get away with bullying, then they'll do it: it's a shame.
 4.
That's not the point. Peregrine was the ONLY signatory to this treaty for SBA. SBA is also a very small alliance, and has always been. He would know if they treaty was intact. In fact, if I asked a former TSO member if they had a treaty with IRON, they would know to say "No, they don't."
So you're saying that because a former member lied/was wrong, then all bets are off and SBA is left out to dry? I'll keep that in mind if I ever want to sink a former alliance of mine.
 5. It's both disconcerting and painful to watch people get off on blaming the victim for being their own aggression. I'm going to agree with Hizzy on this one.
That's like saying for us to contact Hal if we need to talk to \m/ government.
Let's take this one more step towards hilarious and say you should contact me;)
 6.
Oh dear, that means I'm 4, too. D:
That was my reaction, too:P Bros, it's been a slice. I still remember the awesome times chilling with you in the league/CoaLUEtion/Aegis etc chats.
 7. Unfortunatly, the results to the poll seem to not be very surprising. I voted "no" to having any grudges, and part (most) of that is due to the fact that I just came back from a year long break. Having said that, I've had them in the past (very strongly), and I'd like to think I'm more "forgiving and forgetting" than most.
 8. You sound like a really quality guy, the community will be worse without you.
 9. The amount of work you put into this is insane, Gopher. Looking at the differences between updates at the start of this thread, and updates at the end of this thread is... An interesting experience:P They're barely recognizable.
 10. Congratulations, guys. One question though, what are the "External Ministries?" I can't think of any outside Foreign Affairs.
 11. Congratulations, SkyGreenChick, I'm sure you'll do an excellent job. Bob Sanders: Your belief that Planet Bob is made up entirely by static characters is as hilarious as it is disconcerting.
 12. Congratulations, GATO. You deserve this so much, don't tame the parties for anyone.
 13.
It's not cowardice, they are doing what they can to help their war effort. It's pretty sad that you seem to want to go down the road of punishing the (heavily outnumbered) opponent simply for doing what it can to war effectively. What next, sanctions for using peace mode? Sanctions for using nukes?
PZI for using peace mode. Oh wait...
 14.
Where I come from, changing your AA, in the off chance of getting the chance the hit peace, is considered cowardice. I personally have to much pride and respect in my own AA, and honor in myself, to consider such an action. Ever. I'd hoped the nations I was warring against had the same amount of pride, respect, and honor. I have no doubt most do, but it seems there are some "bad eggs". If I were you guys I'd frown upon such tactics.
Refusing to fight because you are scared of getting hurt is cowardice. Intentionally making it easier to get hit is stupidity. You do your AA no "Respect" by getting your face kicked due to overweening pride.
 15. Congratulations to GGA. Those logs are very interesting. It's nice to know that all the initiative leadership were more than happy to support that kind of thinking.
 16.
When the $%&@ was this?
Surprisingly enough, Ejay, all relevant CN history did not start the moment you joined the game.
Give this man a medal. He's right.
I'll just ask you to reference the reply I gave Ejayrazz.
Back in the day of Kevin the Great
Him for one, as well as Prodigial Chieftain. From the time before GWI untill the period directly after it, GGA was an awesome, efficient, fully functioning alliance and devoted ally. However, they ditched their allies for greener pastures and have lived in scorn ever since.
 17. I'll admit, the effort you guys are putting in to this is impressive:P (In reference to Dochartaigh/Ejayrazz)
 18. As many people have said before me: It is determined by the context of the situation, not by the simple act of "white peace."
 19. I remember when GGA was cool. It will be interesting to see if you can change.
 20. At the end of the day, manufactured drama does not work. This game is exciting because it is unscripted; sometimes people do the wrong things and the people in charge do things like "PZI, EZI." It's all a part of the fun.
 21. Last month I went in for surgery on my yahoo (non life threatening) and as I was laying on the gurney in the pre-op room a kid about around the age of 20 got wheeled in and placed next to me. I struck up a conversation and he told me that he was going in to have his testicle removed and that the cancer had spread all throughout his body. But then he smiled and said "I think I'm going to be okay." The fact that he could be that positive and that strong was really amazing to me. After we both finished surgery as I got wheeled by his bed I gave him a high-five. The morale of this story? Listen to OBM.
 22.
And consistent. You forgot that part. OOC: Isn't that the fun, sustainable way to do it?
It's amazing what a Big woody will do for your consistency. Some might say it's better than bran. OOC: I totally agree, for what it's worth you always get/got major props from me in that regard.
 23.
I stated this earlier, and will confirm it. TORN forgave GR our reps and was great about it. If they had asked for reparations had they been victorious this war, I would have been surprised. They understand aggressive acts are aggressive.
They just run out of spine when it is politically convenient. I didn't notice them shouting "we don't believe in reps! We r honour!" Back when their were crippling alliances left and right. TORN was always the nice bully that would beat you up but wouldn't take your lunch money. Commendable, I suppose.
 24.
Except at the time they thought they had NpO on their side. It wasn't so much "evening the eventual playing field" as "taking out CnG while they were weak". NpO had \m/ well in hand and TOP/IRON could have stayed out. That said, I'm impressed TOP/IRON had the cojones to try and take CnG out while they had the chance. Fortunately for us, they failed comically.
I think you and I are in complete agreeance:P
