No, I believe the term is 'blind courage'. Courage itself doesn't require placing one's self in danger beyond the required amount, unless to sacrifice one's self for another. We're not sacrificing ourselves to sacrifice ourselves. That would be beyond stupid.

Im confused if one nation is at war with one nation only then how can you end up taking more damage than them? Only way you would end up taking more damage than them would be either they have a large tech advantage or you cant fight...

You guys keep throwing the word "honor" around in weird ways. nutkase seems to think honor means "attacking people knowing you will lose." I don't think the word "honor" means what you think it means. Honor does not mean a suicide charge just because you can. There's nothing honorable about killing yourself for no reason. Honor doesn't mean intentionally fighting people knowing you will lose. Just because you attack someone strong doesn't make you honorable by default. Honor doesn't mean losing. Honor also doesn't mean winning.

Honor has nothing to do with winning or losing, nor does it have anything to do with your odds of success or the size and power of your enemy. Honor is about respect for yourself, your allies, and your enemies. Honor is about a code of conduct and unwritten law. Maybe it could be honorable to face enemies to defend your beliefs despite knowing you will lose, but ninjas already said they weren't doing that. They aren't trying to prove a point or change anything, they just want to fight. So there is no honor in this war. It's just people wanting to fight.

I agree with many of your sentiments; however, I must disagree. Some of us were called out, we made the move. "Suicidal charge," etc etc is all nonsense. Anything which is perceived as "losing" can and has been considered "suicidal." There is no suicide; we'll still be here.

I just picked that there, because it's one of the main arguments on the general side of 1v1 promotion, that GOONS are cowards for having allies. The answer to your original question, is of course, "the way with which 1v1s occur", without referring to any methods. I mentioned that, because it was both silly, and prominent, an argument that some 1v1 proponents use.

There are other ways, of course, to make the world spin your way than retarded allusions of imagined cowardice, I'm sure, but there wasn't time nor inclination to list more examples of attempted or theoretical control methods. No offence to you personally.
