2. Talk to the guy and ask him if he even wants to hold onto it, I reccomend.

3. Inform him, and wait until he comes back or is wiped from inactivity (25 days)

4. I'm pretty sure it does, just not as nearly the powerhouse it was.

This part is where you are in the wrong (partially). Yes, he cannot RP your citizens, but I can easily say that I'm RPing a former Welsh Citizen, and I can easily declare my character the King of Wales. It'd still be canon, but it wouldn't necessarily be true.

That roll being given, I am almost 100% sure after our spy roll reforms you will NOT be able to do this under a single roll.... if at all. Basically, each roll can allow you to succeed for fail at a specific spying role... like getting a locked door open or getting past a checkpoint... something as substancial as taking a world leader would need extensive RP before hand.

I will need to clarify with the other GMs further... so far you've found where the leader is, and have passed a rudimentary spying task...

I pretty much consider PM RP's like IRC RP's. They are IC...if they do get posted in the public portion of the forums. That's not a GM ruling, that's just my opinion.

Considering the Isle of Mann's location in regards to the current war taking place there, as well as the explicit mention of the war being the primary reason for claiming it, I find [url="http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=92433&view=findpost&p=2501627"]this[/url] and [url="http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=92433&view=findpost&p=2502384"]this[/url] to be a problem.

You are entering a warzone, a warzone that you acknowledge. If you are moving the kinds of troops and materials into this region in a matter like this, it really should have been posted in the War thread... or at the very least, posted in a manner that would have allowed the combatants to respond in kind to such a deployment. No competent military force would ever allow aircraft or vessels of unknown origin merely stating that they are delivering aid into a theatre of operations.

EDIT: Just because your movements went unnoticed to the participants does not mean that they took place without being hindered. Your aid craft could have very well been taken for military craft assuming a guise.

If you can explain to me how such a force would move in unanswered, I won't wipe this.

By the way, Zoot, I want to know why you waited six days to go to a GM about this move. I also want to know why you waited three days [b]after there were IC actions taken by you included[/b] concluding the issue to come to a GM.

If you can give me a plausible, believable explanation as to why you waited so long then I might be convinced you aren't abusing the GMs to further yourself.
