Voted other, because it's Vodka-palooza over here. We have to lock up the red buttons, ever since that one accident way back when. In order to cope, we don't talk about that city any more.

Some one is giving me a weird look for laughing at this right now :P

They should have went to defcon 1 and maxed guerilla camps, then we could at least be having a lottery for who got to be the lucky target.

We do need a Summer war...

So NATO, are you attacking or is it the other way around ?

If you actually do go into peace mode for any reason other than an apparent imminent stomping (I can't criticise Valhalla for their reaction for example), that's pretty weak. Nations in an established alliance aren't going to get attacked randomly. And I don't get the impression that the important alliances are pushing for a war right now (most of them are either sending or receiving reps and rebuilding infra and warchests after Bipolar) so there's really no need to be prepared for one to break out before you can get back in control of your nation.

Yeah, the penalty for hopping in for 5 days is quite small, but it's still a penalty, it messes up your aid slots and if a war does hit it massively reduces your tactical manoeuvring room. If you stay in beyond the 5 day minimum (which you would if you did it for a holiday) then it becomes an increasingly poor decision.

Alliance bonding exercise - NATO national rulers have gathered for a vacation/barbecue.

Yep, Bohemian Grove is in full swing, tonight those elitis will end there 2 weeks of frolicking with the bizzare pagan ritual, the Cremation of Care.

I have an agent deep undercover who was able to smugle this one and only photo.

Couldn't make the flight out for the Cremation of Care, I was very disappointed by that. There is always next year though!
