[/quote] I think it was trying to say "your alliance has exceeded its amount of fail, upgrade to NSO to be able to get more fail" just like upgrading photobucket gives you more bandwidth. Plus, I've found that people tend to notice how hard it is to fight a war with the numerical advantage so strongly against you and that it draws a bit away from it when they're constantly told it.
