This is an alliance on alliance war as per metal alliance's charter, and further confirmation by its leadership in this thread. Its an alliance war with a reason for war, or C.B., tech raid. So we can talk about a war here, in the classical sense of that word because one of the participants defines it that way. Maybe thats why not enough folks are sending aid yet. Poison Clan has half the members of IAA, but twice the nukes and ~600k more NS than IAA. I think that's all that needs to be said. Now, I am just going by how per your charter, this is defined, and as far as I can tell from it. If you have a category in your charter, that states what "organized tech raid" is, then I could start to understand as how you as an alliance see that. Otherwise, this is an alliance war. Mind you, I am not debating is it a "valid" one or not. Just stating that it is. And for "all wars are raids", they can be described like that, *among* other things. They are not solely a tech raid, but fought for various reasons among often tech isn't the primary thing. Unfortunately, the game does not allow us to pick and choose what a victorious nation may take, regardless of intent. Of course, alliance wars and things of that nature are raids, also, even while considering intent. We just call it "reparations" so we can feel good about it.
