STA still has, for now, an individual treaty with NSO and now an MDoAP with NpO. Also NpO/NSO have dissolved Frostbite to now have an MDP together. I don't see how this is the 2nd CoC. We still attacked them in the War of the Coalition. I however, still consider them great people. It apparently was a secret, because I didn't know it. STA does not hate IRON.
