HurricaneLOL
i would kinda like a reply about the link leading to a 404 error/not found code. http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?s...t&p=2047312 [ooc] certain imageboards delete their stuff after a period of time, some boards are quicker than others. So, the OP, unless it's screenshotted, no longer exists [/ooc] Good day sir.
Viluin
So if we 'bluffed' once, why did you believe us and take us seriously the seconded time? Threats of this magnitude should always be taken seriously, even if you suspect it might be a bluff. Cause if it isn't, and you didn't prepare, it'll hurt. [ooc] /b/ is different from most forums. They have like... 10 or 20 pages and once your thread goes to the last one it gets deleted. Threads there sometimes last less than 1 minute so it's not strange that it got deleted that fast, what is strange is that someone was able to found the thread mentioned in the OP. [/ooc] Back to the topic, I don't think there's anything to add. In fact, there's nothing to add since the OP. This is full of nonsense. shahenshah
And yes, on past precedent, an alliance of NSO's size acting the way they do would probably have got themselves into big trouble now without Polar. The RAD incident, for example. Greetings, You are correct, I'll add that given the situation, More of that applies to DF, infact, that also applies to other alliances who were bailed out by their allies. Your statement fundamentally applies to a significant subset of non-neutral alliances in this game. Say Hello to the Culprit No.1: Treaty Web. NSO were accused of some stuff, Now I have not followed the thread and I'll assume DF has not backed its accusations with any shred of solid evidence. (My apologies if its otherwise), they have only shown us circumstantial evidence, one that can be created by any of the involved party or any third party. Its natural that their response is less than polite, I believe that would be the case of any alliance with even tiniest bit of self-integrity. Regards. Starcraftmazter
Evading the point again. That being that it is amusing to see you accuse NSO of not meeting your diplomatic sensibilities when you decided to take the undiplomatic approach and plaster your accusations all over the public forum. I already addressed this - in our opinion issuing threats and ultimatums is much worse than anything we did. OOC: Wait, you accused someone of an OOC criminal act and thought it was funny? OOC?: Criminal? The act was not criminal. If you are not threatening anyone, get this over with. Apologize, state these were not your true intentions, and move on. There is no way we are going to apologise for something we clearly did not do - especially if we are to do so due to a threat, as opposed to our own will. I said this a million times, and I will say it a million times more. We never threatened NSO. The statement about NSO's destruction is a joke. This is obvious to the intelligent amongst us, who know what that statement was a parody of. To the rest I kindly say, stop spewing your nonsense in the hopes it will become reality. Even so, I fail to understand how something which is clearly an opinion, ie of the form "I think something and such" could be perceived as a threat. Ex 2: Just so happens SCM was on /b/ at this exact time to find that exact topic? If you read the OP, I was not on the imageboard, but was informed about it by another person, who is completely unrelated to me or DF. ooc: this was not an imageboard. the link went directly to /b/ and on /b/ was stated as a 404 error. also, according to the SS that SCM provided, the post on /b/ was made on the 21st. i doubt even the quickest board takes something down after just two days. Shodemofi-NPO
You accused NSO of doing something absurd because you are so caught up in hate for them that you overlooked all reason. Thus, you made a conspiracy theory, as you have admittedly zero proof. That is why President SO used the image correctly. I'll admit I haven't read much of the thread besides the OP, but I'm guessing this is a pretty good description of the thread so far? So I have, and thus, I stand by this accusation. SCM did it because he decided to one day impersonate Grub on IRC.
KingEd
44 pages of stuff...and still no DoW even tho DF was attacked by people under the NSO AA ? (please someone tell me I'm delusional...but I think this calls for a war ?) Even better, one of the guys that attacked switched AA's so they can declare them him as rogue...intentionally, I might add. I was thinking exactly the same. It's not that it was that much of a point of a discussion. Anyone with perfect sense can see that no definite conclusions can be drawed upon the 'information' (I don't even want to call it evidence) in the OP. Its getting old.
