The Queensland republic forms a New Anglican protectorate, with decisive power given to the High Representative for Queensland. The High Representative is the highest political authority in the country. Term 2. The Chair of the Presidency of Queensland rotates among three members (Anglo-Saxon, Finnish, and a third ethnic group), each elected as the Chair for an 8-month term within their 4-year term as a member. The three members of the Presidency are elected directly by the people. The Presidency is the head of state institution and it is mainly responsible for the foreign policy and proposing the budget. Term 3. There shall be elections to form a Parliamentary Assembly. Term 4. All anti-Tintagyl policies, including the death penalty ruling, shall be repealed. Term 5. New Anglica shall be in charge of military affairs, with the right to station troops and invite other nations to help with military affairs. Term 6. The office of the High Representative for Queensland shall exist until New Anglica deems that it is no longer needed. OOC: This agreement is supposed to be done after Black Mass. However, given how some people are attempting to force their RP upon me, without considering what might have happened before they got to Australia, I am posting this now. This is not colonialism: This is an act of justice from those who did not stand back while chaos and anarchy swept our land. It is also for New Anglica to decide our fate. Please talk to them. After the war between Tahoe and the Dragon Empire, and agreement between Dragonisia and Tahoe made it clear that Asian interference in America was to be not prohibited. As such, the SST dislikes the prospect of an American state blatantly involving itself with almost direct control over an Oceanic state, as the region is in whole should be free from outside interference. Due to New Anglica's stance on our opinions, and their continuation of an imperialistic agenda in the Oceanic area, we hereby place complete trade and economic sanctions upon them. The people will be taken care of, there will be no intruding on thier freedoms and a shared culture already exists between us and the nation in question.
