It is likely that as we speak, thousands of infected refugees are streaming across the border into neighboring countries. They dedicated themslves to science in their dying breaths. We're going to find a way to get this issue under control. We've enforce a mandatory evacuation of all but authorized military personnel to restrict access to territory within 1 mile of shared Andonian state borders. A Quarantine is effect. Any and all Andonians that slipped into the country before the borders were shut down will be quarantined. For their safety, all Burmese citizens are being warned not to return to their country, and are being given accomodations for their stay in Marscurian Pakistan. If it is indeed a strand of some RNA retrovirus, there is very little hope for survival for them due to its apparent infectious nature. As awful and incommensurable it may seem, it'd be best to evacuate the entire nation carefully if at all possible and eviscerate infected citizens via fire bombing or other means... that is to say, however, that no headway has been made in the coming months. We do hope you find a human solution to his problem and our science corps would be more than happy to assist in possibly deciphering any preventive measures, or perhaps even a viable treatment, that will quell this reckoning.
