We split up its land like this: The light grey is an RA protectorate, and the dark strip is part of the DE. Sorry for the borders not being on any existing real boundaries. It's nearly the same thing since a base would occupy the entire island. The situation's comparabe to Norfolk or Gitmo and they're labeled, so why not St. Pierre also?
