Sumeragi
Vaule's representative responds: "May I see that map please" ***Looks at the map brought by the Turk Representative*** ***Takes out a Sharpie and writes across the entire gold area "R.U.S.S.I.A.N. Protectorate**** "Tada...a map of the RUSSIAN protectorate in the Central Asian region" "Perhaps you should define Kazak territories before actually writing anything." Imperator Azenquor
Tired, the Vaule representative replies: "What exactly is unclear about the map before you? I would love to go into a long, detailed explanation of this matter, however time does not permit me to do so. We have other business to discuss at the moment. We will gladly revisit this issue at a point in the near future." Two VDC members entered and stood behind the Turk representative. "These gentlemen will escort you out." Tanis777
"Understood, In the meantime, we'll be building up a government south of Kazakhstan." General Makvel, slowly aggravated by the derailment of the RUSSIAN conference by this Turkish representative. "No, this what the RUSSIANS pact should have done to you quite awhile a go." He pulled out his .357 revolver and shot the representative, a purposely-driven, precision shot to the leg. "Oops, my bad, that was for your face... shove a sock in it, the Vaule representative told you what they thought and if you're gonna continue on your course diplomatic course, newbie. Have a nice day in hell. If you don't get the $%&@ out of this conference, I swear to my God that you won't see the light of day." Turning to the others, "I apologize, but the guy couldn't shut his face up! I came here for a conference, not a debating parley with a complete stranger that doesn't know when to call it quits. I'll pay for the blood-stained carpet replacement and whatever psychological sessions you require." Makvel straighten his suit and pulled out a cigar... he closed his eyes for a moment to cool his temper.
Sumeragi
The Turk representative was quick enough to escape the aim, and kicked the gun out of Makvel's hand. He smirks. "We've been invited by Vaule to discuss our issue. I would say you're not in the position to say what I should do." He then takes his leave. OOC: Yes, if you could dodge a some feet away then kick... mhmm. But to dodge and kick... that's like point-blank. Just saying. Plus, he's a general that isn't some idiot. Makvel countered the kick and grabbed the man's leg. "And you think you could just kick the gun out of my hand eh... bad choice against a well-conditioned general. And your presence is no longer welcomed. Take your whining elsewhere, for if this issue continues, I shall help RUSSIAN squash this pest." Maelstrom Vortex
Strangely enough, Maelstrom does not leave under armed escort. He looks over to the general, "I think you spooked them. He peers at President Rokossovsky leaving the room under armed escort. He contemplates the actions he recent did against that poor soul from whatever new nation that was when Maelstrom spoke. Makvel grinned slightly and reply, "I'm not a madman... just easily irritable. If the man could have shut his mouth for just 15 minutes while the actual subject, I would have been happy... but no, that man was disrespectful, pushy, gah! If I only shot him earlier." The general sighed, "Just 15 minutes..."

Imperator Azenquor
OOC: The escort just removed my President from the meeting, it hasn't ended yet. Vaule's Foreign Minister receives a note from an aide. After glancing at it, he turns to Maelstrom and asks: "Tell me, how exactly did this conflict start? Until we know how the conflict began, then it becomes difficult to predict how it will end?"-Lt. Kharkov
Maelstrom Vortex
"Tahoe claims we fired ICBMs at them during Lavo's attack. Their computers must have malfunctioned. We don't even have the kinds of ICBM's they're talking about and they've been our friends forever. Not surprisingly this came up not long after I'd announced to the world we'd saved 22 trillion dollars from the global nuclear conflict by selling off pre-hostilities our sovereign wealth fund. They've demanded reparations.. so I think they're trying to get more out of us or something. Heck, we even offered 100 billion to help them rebuild and they still went to war with us." He raised his eyebrows at that. "Hmm, interesting. Wish I could have seen that," he said with a grin, not showing any unease he might have felt at Maelstrom's eyes. Though it was a little eerie, he'd seen other strnage things too, in his time. OOC: I never realised that. As Anderson took his seat (close to Maelstrom as possible), he saw Markov enter. He offered a smile, but no handshake, as he did not want to interrupt his greeting of the Chariman. To world nations, Emperor Mykep looks to start the World Congress one more time. This is outside the RUSSIA and AC, and individual nations can sign for themselves without the hassal of international voting." Agent Bob looks to Richard Anderson "You should remember the World Congress. It stood on the Worldly stage and stood for peace. Suprisingly, the opposing forces are the ones who opposed it the first time...which made it fall. I believe this is one of the many reasons my Emperor looks to restart it." Maelstrom Vortex
"Dragonisia would endorse, and even join this Congress. However, Unless Russia acts on the issues at hand.. that being this great war.. and declares its full support for us soon.. there may not be nations to constitute your world congress because those who opposed it will have destroyed them. We need your help We can still possibly do this alone, but it would be one hell of an uphill struggle."
