Treaty policy will be limited and it will operate a reasonable Military. It aims at better relations with neighbors and an open economy. Bosporan in a nutshell. Hey,As I have been thinking of re-rolling for a while I was wondering if it was okay if my new nation settled in the RUSSIAN Protectorate. Of course in return the land I am currently in would be opened for new players. As such I would like to request permission to settle there with a new nation and possibly becoming part of RUSSIAN.
