It would be his first time meeting the leader of Dragonsia, and he heard all about the rumors from his AC representatives that were in New Cymru. Maelstrom Vortex Posted March 2, 2009 Report Share Posted March 2, 2009 (edited) As General Jaio Makvel made his arrival and took his seat at the table, Maelstrom rose, went to meet him and offered a gloved hand. He was a very unique head of state, he still dressed in a ski-mask with much of his body covered in the rest by a suit and no flesh showing. Gloves, socks, and some specially made shoes prevented any from him being seen. The shoes were flattened as were his feet, shaped as though they were covering some webbed claw. His grip was firm, but gentle, at the same time it was obvious the tips of his fingers came to a point. His eyes stared quietly into Makvel's. Serpentine as they were, it was like staring into the eyes of a green eyed cobra. If one stared to long, they may even feel as if they were about to fall into an abyss... In the chairman's imagination he thought of himself doing the following: He walked over to the diplomat from UFE. He stared the man in the eyes, then reaching out, he lifted the man by his neck and ran 600 volts of electricity straight into his skull.... "Here's your observer status... See some electricity.." But in reality, he knew the man wasn't at fault for all that was being done.. he snarled faintly... a very unsettling sound....
