Well you have to take in account late 70s technology in the F-117, it is quite likely a more modern force would be less easily taken down.

Stealths were introduced in 1981, for first flight, and introduced 1983. So early 80's at the worst. I'm sure they update them to. Use the correct method and stealth planes are just as easy to spot as anything else.

Correct. My air defense network uses a huge variety of multi frequency radars with redundant coverage that basically makes stealth on a strategic scale impossible to achieve. This is true fr most technologically advanced nations.

Its even easier that that. A FLIR or SLAR could find it just by looking for where the hole in the data is.

It doesn't actually make a hole in the data set technically speaking, especially when you take into account clouds and aerial particulates which obscure RADAR in many aspects. But RADAR really isn't that technologically advanced to detect new-generation stealth weaponry. As others have said, even an array of '70s RADAR can detect a high-tech bomber given the right array of varying frequencies.

With that said, however, the faster the fighter flies, the harder it is to detect. When you have experimental stealth craft such as the FB-22 (bomber variation of the F-22 Raptor) which fly near the speed of the sound barrier (still subsonic if I remember correctly though), it adds another round of impedance because of the physical disturbance generated by any high-speed aircraft and their engines. Make a stealth fighter with the proper materials and give it access to the right speeds, though, it will be immune to detection almost entirely. One way to do this is to build an aircraft with several different types of RADAR-immune materials that have high impedance to RADAR, meaning that the RADAR scatters around it and makes it literally invisible, not causing any disturbance at all.

The one major drawback of RADAR is its range of detection. Should a fighter be above or below the RADAR threshold, you don't have a hope in Hell of detecting them unless you have other means of detection beyond ground-based RADAR.

This is why I also said FLIR and SLAR, not traditional RADAR. FLIR isn't even a radar based system so I don't even know what you're talking about.

FLIR has its own drawbacks...a very limited range compared to RADAR, for one--and it can't distinguish friend from foe.

Dunno what SLAR is...

Slar is Side Looking Aerial Radar.

And FLIR tactics just need the same as old time Radar tactics when its range used to be poor.

Honoring a threat made earlier by the Government of the Netherlands, the Revolutionary Socialist Syndicate of the Netherlands does hereby declare war on the nation of Molakia for their use of weapons of mass destruction against the nation of Finland.

Movements

Dutch computer systems launched cyber attacks on Molakian systems, specifically targeting defensive systems such as their strategic defense initiative and other anti-missile defenses. With the previous GDR attacks leaving Molakian communications already ravaged, there was not much else for them to do.

Dutch ballistic missile submarines have launched missile strikes on Molakia. ICBM strikes targeting major Molakian military installations, mostly air fields and large collections of armor, were launched as well. Conventional missile strikes were also launched on Molakian front lines with cruise missiles. Nuclear missiles still wait in submarines should the war escalate that far, however de Vries has stated that the Dutch military will not use nuclear weapons unless struck first by chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons.

Request sent to Slavorussia and Finland

The RSSN humbly requests the permission of your nation to cross over your territory with air forces in order to reach Molakia, and, should the war require it, land forces at some point in the (near) future.

Just to be in before any rolls are made, I don't think we should allow the destruction or even disabling of SDI it would open a true pandora's box.

We already allow destruction of missile defenses. The SDI is a step up from that.

Nevertheless, I do see your point. The Missile Defenses are improvements. The SDI is a Wonder.

Exactly, missiles also affect a nation on a much lower level, nukes however have lasting damage to a nation.

Three questions:

1. How fast can nukes, CMs, aircraft, tanks, soldiers, and other military stuff "regenerate" during war?

2. Does UAV (Unmaned Aerial Vehicle) count as IG aircraft?

Nukes - one a day unless you have a WRC in which case it is two a day.

CMs - They don't regenerate, you have 50 max to use at the start of the war.

Soldiers/tanks/etc don't regenerate either.

I have 105 plane squadrons so I have 105 non-fighter/bomber planes as well, including UAVs.

The Harpy is a UAV, not a CM.
