bart416
You can convert myBB to SMF, AFAIK SMF isn't all that great I think...I'd rather write my own forum software than use SMF these days. SMF is hard to merge into other things.

bart416
They have bridges for SMF and Integration mods now. Those force a certain coding style (often a coding style with abusive amounts of objects if you ask me). And I hate that...

yetanothername
I've bridged SMF and phpBB2 with Joomla! before and as much as I don't like the interface for SMF the SMF bridge worked better overall. But Joomla! is another WTF in and of itself. God that was a long time ago now that I think about it....
bart416
Easy enough to make a good theme for SMF Themes aren't what I'm interested in. I like modifying the actual board itself instead of using pre written mods. And the only thing worse to mod than SMF is phpBB3

To mod good software you don't even need kits or overly complex SDK's with hundred of pages of documentation like some other things.

Kitler
HahahahahaThey are based in Australia. Australia is massively restricted in terms of bandwidth. They are overselling. I highly doubt that they are. Why don't you go and check it out for yourself instead of just rejecting everything that I say? Oh yea I forgot to mention that they have had an up time of 99.98% throughout their existence. Oh and if you don't believe me then I'm sure that you can't dispute google. Just check this out: http://www.google.com/search?q=110mb+reviews

Good prices too, and the servers are supposed to be really good. (We'll probably switch to them in the next few days. Somehow or other we got mixed up with IPower, and we're going to make use of every bit of their money-back guarantee.. :jihad: ) /me facepalms

BacTalan
Their plans look good, but they haven't been around for too long, and their support is located in the UK. Seems decent for European based alliances. They've been around for a few years, and their around-the-clock email support is available anywhere, and normally gives a response in 1-3 minutes. (And their servers are WAY faster than any I've ever used before. We just made the switch, and I know I'm going to be using them for all my personal hosting in the future.) The Mongol-Swedes
Flag proposal i gave for NTO a long time ago. Isn't that the symbol from the /b/ war flag? Edited September 25, 2008 by The Mongol-Swedes
Poyplemonkeys
This is one I made. The colours look a little MS Painty, mainly because I had to use MS Paint, and I don't know how to dull them down a little bit. If I could I'd tone down the red and blue a touch, make them look a bit more like real colours. It's designed to portray my nation's characteristics, which are loyalty and dediation to the cause, and a militaristic approach. The black is there to stand for power. The red is used, again to stand for power, but in a more militaristic fashion, also meaning aggression and of course being the colour of blood. The red also shows an intensity and I'm hoping it amplifies the symbolism of the other colours. The symbol is an Akoben, an African symbol of the war horn, which stands for vigilance, waryness and a fierce loyalty. It's blue for loyalty and trust. Suggestions on how to improve, comments etc would be Edited September 25, 2008 by Poyplemonkeys
