Since then there has been 2 other versions of the NSF, each one of them having very different communities yet managing to keep the same values and traditions. The NSF began to reform after most of my citizens within my nation started committing mass suicide due to extreme boredom. Since then we have managed to gain a member everyday and we've been lucky enough to pick up some returning nations who were available to fill in the government positions. So we are finally back and we plan on sticking around this time. We have a great new community that still sticks to the core values of the previous incarnations of the NSF, comradeship has always been an important aspect to the NSF and we are here to prove that we are not a bunch of nations together under 1 banner, we are friends who are wanting to get through this challenge together and turn the NSF into something grand. He is to assist the Emperor in all duties and responsibilities. He is to stand in as Emperor should the Emperor be absent in a time of crisis. He is appointed by the Emperor. Should the Emperor resign, the Regent shall ascend to the command of Emperor. Section B The Emperor and the Regent shall be assisted by the four appointed Imperial Guards. Their offices are: Imperial Guard of Defense Imperial Guard of External Affairs Imperial Guard of Domestic Affairs Imperial Guard of Finances Imperial Guards may appoint deputies at their discretion with the approval of the Regent. These deputies are to aid in the daily operations of their respective department. Article III Nuclear Armistice Members of the North Star Federation are not engage in nuclear warfare without the direct consent of the Emperor, the Regent, or the Imperial Guard of Defense. Article IV Amendments Amendments may be made to this Charter for the benefit of the Alliance. Amendments must be approved by a three-fourths popular vote. I had a chance years ago to help make GUN when Glock told me he was making an alliance while he was gov't for my first alliance... I regreted not taking that leap of faith when GUN became pretty successful so its really nice to see that you guys are trying to make a come back o/ GUN

DT didn't withdraw anything, the offer we sent was denied by your government and took off the table when they walked out on talks. They gave us no idea that they were planning on discussing the terms so they were agreeing to an offer that no longer existed as it was already taken off the table.
