A pretty incomplete one, but lineups I'd be happy with in all fairness (any combination of the below): Emperor: Tromp, DaemonVower, Jenko, Ego, Shadow, Dajabo Triumvirate: Chuck, Salajol (considering the leak), Fallen, Kem, 905, Stealthy, Grub Ministers of Internal Affairs: Bambi (with excessive power/leeway), Jrkee, Bill Wallace, Rudolph Minister of Foreign Affairs: Anyone I put as Tri or Emperor, Bud, Ardus, Tums, Mia, Letum Minister of War: Starfox, Impero, ConRed Minister of Finance: Ogaden, Roquentin, Wally Minister of Recruitment: kata, papertowell, Houston, Snowy

Dunno who you're thinking of, but what about Walford? Ninja'd. Edit: I actually consider Grub a friend at this point, and I don't think it'd be that hard to work with him.
