    So let me get this straight NDO makes an announcement saying they will declare war on any alliance going to war without posting a proper declaration of war AND lets nations from another alliance hide under their AA to fight an alliance (doesn't matter that it is Eurasia, I'm having fun)....seems a little hypocritcal. NDO should declare war on the krabz nations hiding under their skits attacking without a declaration of war. Otherwise this "decree" is pointless and hypocritical, to say the least.

    Man, methrage, you are digging your hole deep. If I was advising you, I would take the peace and let the person in your alliance who started new wars be dealt with by having no peace till his current wars expire and if he still is numbnuts enough to declare more wars, let him go and be rid of his stupidity.

    This yearly cycle has created an environment where players are trained that they can be semi active most of the year and just have to be active a few weeks till war gets hung in peace negotiations and they slip back to inactivity.
