  1. If that's the case then both alliances have emptied out a lot recently. White Chocolate's so bored the only thing she has to do is mess around with the member titles of her inactive's.
  2. We have plenty of allies on Maroon. NG also really need to update your treaty list on your forums, AB and DK no longer exist.
  3. You have pasted the "your alliance" link, which links to your alliance, so when I follow it I get to TTK, when Chimaera follows it he gets MI6 et cetera. When you post a link to your alliance page you make sure you copy it from the alliance screen that you reach via clicking on the alliance rankings icon under your AA on your nation page. Copying the link from the"view my alliance page" will give you a generalised link. Here is the correct link to your alliance, it should always end in a 5 digit number: http://www.cybernations.net/alliance_display.asp?ID=14637
  4. May your membership thrive and may your MOD's job be exceptionally uneventful.
  5. Didn't stop you, and others. I've wondered, does the "once a Doombird always a Doombird" thing apply now that you are below 25k tech?
  6. I'd be surprised if there were 9 nations left...
  7. Congrats on peace. I find the wording of this strange, why is Non Grata listed separately from Oculus?
  8. Yep, thought I suspect that would be a bit of a giveaway.
  9. I'm guessing it's too late to bet Aurora Borealis?
  10. You're expecting rather a lot here: you're asking for 31 lots of aid, which will take 70 days to deliver, you then promise to repay 300 tech for every 6 million (which is not a rate many alliances would expect anyway), so 93 lots of aid in return, in other words 190 days worth. This is despite the fact that clearly your nation is brand new, and that you have seemingly created several nations/considered rerolling multiple times over the last year or so. And you will end up with a nation that gets its first wonder 70 days in, a wonder that harms its economy, and that it likely will not be able to afford to operate during war for any decent length of time without alliance aid, and at 4k infra you will be up against nations with pentagons, CIAs, SDIs, SLS, massive warchests, generals and likely quite a few nations with WRCs and a few with navies. The speed with which you can purchase wonders after the MP will be lower because if you are repaying the alliance as promised you will be out of pocket ~1 million every day paying back tech, you will also lose the uranium income bonus early on and if you keep nukes on hand will suffer an environment penalty. So this is not at all a good deal for either of us; for you because it is not the optimal wonder development strategy, and for us because trusting new nations with such a ridiculous amount of cash (and more important than the cash itself, the aid slots that could be used for better things) early on is a terrible idea. A much better strategy would be: get up to 3-4k infra through tech deals, if you are very good with your cash this can be done within a couple of rounds of 6/100 deals. At this point many alliances (TTK at least) would be happy to fund your first wonder, which should be an economic wonder, and can be brought maybe 40 days in. From then on you can continue tech trading and should now be collecting a large amount (a 20 day sled at 3k infra with an economic wonder should net you $30 million at the least, there are 1.5 of these between wonder purchases), so be able to buy a wonder every 30 days. After 3 or 4 economic wonders you can then move on to military wonders, maybe a pentagon first, then an MP, the later of which an alliance would also provide you aid. Based on that timeline you get your first wonder ~45 days in, 3 more economic wonders, and then 2 military wonders, the MP being the last of these being the MP which can be bought 150 days after the 1st wonder in this scenario, in other words ~195 days into your nation. This is just one possibility, but you see how the growth strategy I have outlined has much fewer risks for the alliance you are joining, gets you a better economy, a better set of wonders, and you will be better able to purchase a CIA, SDI and other wonders much sooner. Alliances should be able to offer you growth, but you need to have realistic expectations of risks they will take and also a sound strategy on how you will grow your nation.
  11. So I'm the only one that get's their actual title? Thanks for spelling "favourite" correctly. I'm fairly sure you were saying something similar about the Bonesphere not so long ago, so for the sake of us and our allies; please don't. Anyway good to have this posted... not that you told anyone about it. o/ SUN o/ TTK
  12. Sums up my thoughts on the matter fairly well. I might argue for you to stay based on principle, but I see you have already made up your mind. And principle cannot save the game.
  13. Well they have 4 of the top 10 alliances, and are tied by M level treaties to 5 of the others, whilst 2 of them recognise the neutrality of the 10th, so yes, this is about as much of a war as they can have.
  14. You are right that it was poor of NPO to let bones fight 10 other Oculus nations before they sent any of their own in. Though they certainly sent people in before he had below 20K tech, he has more than that now.
  15. Gravedigger, yes (mods have mercy on me). Troll? Really? Maybe my post came across like that, but it was more in response to this: Than it was to the OP. To be fair there were a lot of promises and predictions regarding Bones and SPATR from 6 months ago that haven't come into fruition.
  16. I believe you guys are using the term "theory" rather incorrectly here.
  17. Don't quite know how I managed to stumble across this...
  18. Congratulations on the upgrade friends. (Considering the similarities I believe this thread is rather aptly named.)
  19. Okay then. It would certainly be amusing if NPO tried to force every non NPO nation off of the red sphere (unless they join NPO), would certainly make colour politics a bit more interesting, but I don't think they are quite that villainous.
  20. Happy Birthday IRON! Now if only anyone was sure of TTK's exact date of creation... (July 17th on the Wiki, though we're not sure that's correct.)
  21. Now now, trying to poach your allies isn't very nice now is it?
