Land growth is not related to land conquered in war but rather the automated growth based on seniority and resources. Land stolen in war is added to the purchased land stat.

You are allowed to access your nation from different ip addresses, however the one nation per network rule remains in effect. As such if multiple players use the same connection on your university you do stand the risk of being marked.

Limited warfare with the goal of gaining experience is considered abusing the system as it gives you an unfair advantage over those who gain experience in general wars. This change allows people and alliances to continue duels and wargames without the risk of getting warned for abusing the system.

First of all, the thread has been moved to the question center. The game related rp forum is as the title suggests for roleplay. To answer your question desired religion is a randomly generated choice and can't be set back manually. The only way to is getting the Great Temple wonder which gives you full freedom to pick whichever religion you want while still getting the happiness bonus.

While I would have phrased it differently Avakael is correct. A senator is free to choose whether or not to act on a sanction request.
