This isn't a list of who's sitting in peace mode.
This is a list of nations who have not fought at all.
Try doing a comparable list of NPO, I think you'll find that a lot less than a quarter of their infra has been in dove for the entire war.
Uh, hi there. I am one of the guys who "did not fight at all". And by not fight at all I assume you meant blew apart 10 nations (a couple solo who attacked me) from 4 alliances until they got to 2k infra and then went to peace mode. But sure I hear that being called not fighting all the time, it must be a new thing.

I mean considering how many alliance's mid and upper tiers we have pretty much leveled, not bad.

TOP had around 225 nations. After the beginning they gained another 20, which can be seen if you move about a week after the war actually started. So they have dropped about 30 nations.

Yeah tech needs to be easier to destroy. After a month and a half of war, about half of that being ZI'd and STILL having a crapload of tech is not what I would call balanced :x

There are a decent number of TOP nations who rebuy each day, but for each one of them there is another who is now effectively a punching bag. Over time more and more will run out of money, long before CnG/SF will because of the number advantage.

As for 110k nations left, the only guy above that line recently joined TOP. So no TOP nations 110k+ are left from the start of the war.

TBQH the hypocrisy card is probably the most annoying I ever see anyone play considering that people who play it generally said the TOP pre-empt was a great strategy. So in calling the other party out for being hypocrites and using the pre-empt, they themselves are being hypocrites.
