    Liberty of Freedom... Liberty and Freedom mean pretty much the same thing. The "of" part turns it into "Being Free of Being Free", which means not free. I don't get it...

    Quick question I am hoping someone can answer. I have the required resource combination for Affluent Population but I am not receiving the bonus resource. Am I missing something? Is there a Tech requirement that is not listed? It was very hard to negotiate this precise trade combination and I hate not feeling the benefits. Thank you for your time.
