1. It is truly unfortunate that this had to end this way. While I have disargreed, often violently, with TOP I never wanted our relationship to come to this. Good luck to you.
 2.
Sad to see this happen, Ive always been close to Argent but this Argent isnt the same as the one we signed with. I miss Janax and Rusty :/ Have fun Argent, its been real
Some might say this isn't the Umbrella we signed with either anymore. Times change, people change, sometimes you just have to go your separate ways.
 3. That is a whole lot of truth that a whole lot of people do not believe.
 4. This was an extremely difficult decision. I wish Umbrella well in its future endeavors.
 5.
What, do we finally agree on something, my good Trimm?
There's always a first time for everything comrade.
 6.
Can't say I'm sad to see this one go. It was a dysfunctional bloc from the get-go, as its member alliances had different aspirations.
There's a galactic understatement.
 7.
You are utterly ridiculous. You joined someone's alliance, then you took it upon yourself to "merge" it into another alliance without consulting anyone else. When the others in your former alliance decided not to join you in your new home you now attack them, claiming they've done you wrong. I'd attack you myself if you were in my range, but you're not. So if someone will be so kind as to squash this annoying little bug I'll be sure to give you some presents.
The man speaks the truth.
 8.
This is a bloc that never had any evidence of a particular direction or purpose other than to exist. In that context, just existing in the past couple years was no big deal given the climate, but the tectonics of late remove that luxury.
Translation: This bloc didn't upend the apple cart for me, so I'm going to dismiss it.
 9.
Maybe for some people, not for everyone, i can tell you right now when we signed with DT we didn't look at their allies and allies allies and tie ins and political landscape and so on. They rule, therefor we signed with them.
Yes, I think the rest of my words there cover your point fine.
 10.
I don't think any of us could possibly care less about your opinions.
While the second part is purely his opinion, the first part is a fact that you should think hard before you argue.
 11.
I agreed with your first paragraph completely. Then you lose me in the second one. Choosing which treaties to drop isn't as easy as winning and losing when there is actual friendships behind each one. Maybe thats something you don't understand.
Treaties are about politics first and friendships second. Part of the sad stagnation around here is just how many people have forgotten that. No one said you had to sign binding high level military treaties with someone to be their friend, or keep those treaties to stay friends.
 12.
Your obvious animosity towards us doesn't fit with your victim role-play. At least have the respect for us that we have for you, that is- enough to be honest with you. Your drive to cancel on TOP comes from your interactions with Crymson, as it seems he's the only one you ever choose to respond to on our forums. You saw a chance to further your own goals and in an instant cast aside a years-old treaty in favor of being within the Pacifican's good graces. Bravo though. Keep spinning. You did the same thing to Legion many years ago if you recall. But towards my original statement- Yes you did fight against Polar and Sparta. I won't bring up motivations because I'm a firm believer that actions speak volumes more than words. You fought, that's all that matters. Thanks for everything IRON, I hope you can find someone better than MCRABT to lead in the near future.
Given the lengths IRON has gone to in order to support TOP in the past, as well as TOP's continuing efforts to alienate old allies in the process of following new ones, I find pretty much everything you said there to be well and truly hilarious.
 13.
I think his statement was inaccurate. Lets be honest though. The spinning has been going on for awhile.
I just find the reaction from your membership to be...interesting.
 14.
I wouldn't use that war as proof of IRON's commitment to fight... Especially after all you've said on other, public forums.
And let the spin doctoring begin!
 15.
According to the treaty Argent still has a heartbeat, was a bit surprised.
We may yet surprise you further.
 16.
sad but involuntary indeed.
Oh, I see what you did there...
 17. So, if I'm reading this correctly, you are now instituting a Raid at your own Risk policy, yes? If so, I approve.
 18.
As I disagree with the decisions resulting in the end of this treaty, I must regretfully and respectfully decline your request.
Well isn't that interesting. Do you disagree with the reasons for said decisions, or do you disagree because the cancellation could arguably have consequences for your alliance's FA?
 19.
Peace out.
I'm sure that was a totally and completely innocent and honest statement of your feelings.
 20. I for one am glad to see sanity reign for once.
