Yes, warchests should be confidential during times of peace, which is what NPL is in. In times of war, it might be different.

Warchests of nations that had been at war with OP were posted. NPL is not at war with OP, TOP, or NSO, yet members of those alliances spied on our nations during times of peace and posted information that should not have been obtained in the first place since we are not at war with either of those 3 alliances. Sure it was all set off by trolling, but with tensions this high many people are trolling.
