I think it's funny that Schattenman has gone back to edit a few of the contested "bad raids" saying that they're "disputed". If you changed every one that was disputed, you'd have to change a lot more. The fact is, he changed ones that we've pretty well answered beyond a doubt but he's using weasel words to make it seem like he's still more-or-less right anyway. Also, despite editing the OP to make it more factually correct, he has not corrected any of the ridiculously absurd claims that have since been answered in detail, like that "Stupid Newbie" is our training AA where we give them instructions. To err is human. To completely ignore, deflect, and to refuse to admit you have erred is Schattenman.

Trade resources is somewhat of a grey area and there's no universal answer about whether trading with a rogue is an act of war. And if the nations are a member of Grey Council then that shows they have affiliation. I would not consider them a rogue unless their actions went against the council and they were condemned by the council for their actions.

Under normal circumstances we would contact the alliance and arrange permission to spy on the offending nation to obtain the necessary proof, but his AA is none and is therefore unaligned. At this point the options are to carry out spy operations anyway or to ignore the evidence and send the message that we're unwilling to confront those who aid Methrage and open up a huge can of worms. I wish people would stop using the word "hunch" as it is very ignorant. We had very strong evidence. As has been stated many MANY times, our spy operations revealed that we were correct 100% of the time. This alone should show that we don't just conduct spy ops on hunches.
