  1. You can find it and take it however you like, straight forward or up the rear, I don't care. If you want to get involved somewhere you can, there's simply more slots available than players willing to fill them. If you want to reach the "upper echelons" of alliance management and put your angst into going after Polar, there's opportunity. Sitting here complaining about an alliance accepting a surrender term isn't going to change anything. I know who my allies are. They were involved parties. They're comfortable with where things are, shook hands, made Molly put on his tighty whitey's, and we're good to go. Why aren't you?
  2. Of all the people who've left in the last 5 years, what do you think the actual percentage is of people who left because of outrageous post-war terms? I'd wager not that high. People leave because they're bored, because this is a stagnant world. It hasn't had a (potential) shakeup since Oculus formed, and they've done nothing but the same anyway. Before that? Whew, maybe TOP/NpO treaty? We've now repeated the last war three times. Since 2011 it's been the same old cycle repeated, with the occasional abberation. Last time any "bad" reps were in play that I remember, it turned into CSN/SF vs DT/Mj... That was fun. So you can stop with the faux outrage. These aren't alliance murdering terms. They're not even difficult to complete. But maybe now NADC has something else to play for. Or maybe if you're pissed off enough you'll go work on taking out Polar. I won't hold my breath.
  3. ^ Guy who thought MI6 wasn't the main target leading up to the last two "wars" until the DoW's
  4. Just fold into GATO, man. Then GATO fold into someone else.
  5. Yeah because you're doing loads to make this world interesting.
  6. !@#$, when Rey and I agree you know things are $%&@ed...
  7. God damnit, you better hope my irc isn't working
  8. You don't need all those words to say Sengoku is a !@#$%* alliance. Sengoku is a !@#$%* alliance. See? Easy.
  9. Apparently you don't need one, you can just declare when someone is getting beat and you have allies on the winning side. So, have a blast!
  10. It's because he's in Oculus. If this was an MI6 thread the OP would've been struck by lightning and vanished already.
  11. Yeah, but he is the alliance. That's how I see it, and I've lived it. The alliance does as he does, one way or another. There's no chance for anything else at this point, the alliance will continue down this trail until the world ends or the alliance does. That's why I left, I wasn't tying myself to him. Things would be going this way whether TBC was here or not.
  12. When I say nothing personal, I mean individually people like you and Kerschbs have always been great, and it's not just you two. It's a good portion of MI6. But if anyone knows MI6, it's TBC. We know that for as many people as we like in MI6, at the end of the day it's an extension of Chim. Whether there's a huge portion of people disagreeing with him actively or not, Chims got enough cronies (to go along with his own crazy activity) that things don't change. It's been the case for a long time now. I think I've explained this a few times now: Our MI6 relations soured, with Chim continually pissing us off (you saw this). We made new friends (you probably saw this). Said friends decided to roll MI6 for whatever reason they're using idefk, they asked us to take slots, and since we know Chim is MI6 we had no problem saying yes.
  13. I, umm. Conflicted. :/ Guess I'll just drop a "Sengoku sucks ass" and be on with my day...
  14. I mean we didn't seek out entry. We were approached and asked to pick up some stagger slots, and due to all the crap we went through with ChiMI6, we had no reason to say no to our allies. Listen, I get the "enabling" and "band wagon" terms you're throwing out from your perspective, but the thing is, we simply moved on. We branched out. We started with NSO, a mutual friend to MI6. But the frequent bull from Chim and co. kinda soured the opinion of your alliance, so we looked at places we didn't before. We made friends, too. A whole bunch of 'em. Believe it or not, we've been talking to NG for a long time. Me? I still hate 'em. Caustic's a huge turd muffin, idek anyone else but I mean $%&@ NG right? But I'm inactive now. I used to be Tri, that relationship goes back months at this point. More than I can say for our relations with MI6. When we were asked to cover slots, at this stage of the world, I'm sure it was an easy decision to hit MI6.
  15. You can do anything you want on my ass congrats guys, i think!
  16. Well you see, there's a relevant Rebel Virginia, and a relevant Rebel Virginia. Clearly you were talking to the relevant Rebel Virginia and you (maybe not specifically "you" but more likely, "you") simply weren't relevant enough to comprehend his relevantivity.
