Grämlins entered through the Sengoku treaty.

A couple of things in regards to Grämlins. 1. We have members with almost 1300 days of seniority. We have not gone away. 2. Hartfw is indeed correct that we entered on an oa with Sengoku. My first war was Karma when I was in R&R. I totally didn't get the concept of war and made mass declares on NPO and promptly ran out of money dealing a good amount of damage the first night and taking it between the legs every other night. My second round of wars was the counter by NPO. I was nuked 5 or 6 days in a row to near ZI levels. I can't remember his name but the NPO guy would send me nation building tips after every nuke. We actually got on quite well. I followed his advice and rebuilt a bit until UPN hit me in the third round and finally ZI'd me for good. If I could change anything about that war it would be my whining for aid. Oh well, live and learn.

I would hardly call this a treaty of convenience. Sengoku is the most active alliance on our boards and has been for quite a while. Many of their members also hold honorary Grämlin's membership. Our dislike of Polaris is also very well documented. We have never made a secret of it. We did have other avenues to enter the fray as every other treaty partner was at war at the time of our declaration of war. We choose to enter with Sengoku because we wanted to and thought it would be fun.
