NATO's position in relation to MHA and FARK was no secret and certainly wasn't trying to be hidden, and should have been obvious to anyone with half a brain. In fact a couple of the NATO gov acknowledged the situation in the Trident thread.

Nah. NPO are the jocks. You guys are more like the kids who were in the football team a few years back but stopped growing and have been left by the wayside. Now you're the Kings of the Nerds; the nerds look up to you because you were once jocks and you try and maintain popularity in your new group by dismissing that way of life, but inside you're bitter and would really like nothing more than to get back inside that locker room and be around your old pals again.

Bearing grudges and threatening to remember past transgressions? God forbid anyone should do that and be allowed to get away with it.

One of the more inventive example of twisting of words from you guys I've seen, I believe my post was about your inability to let go rather than mine. But if you want to convince yourselves than the only people that oppose you are those who have an irrational hatred of you and can't let go rather than well-adjusted, open-minded players who just simply take a disliking to hypocrites who continue to take credit for things they have no control over and who feel the need to to persistently tell people how great they think they are then good luck.

Sad to see, but it's worth noting that while we have taken a different direction of late there is still and independent MDP between MHA and NATO and while we have no current treaty with FARK recent relations have been excellent and we love them loads. There is still a future for MHA/NATO/Fark relations, but Trident unfortunately isn't it.

Not really, I've read enough Vox nonsense to know that even if Vox does vanish (which I doubt because I don't think NPO will) you lot will still continue to blow your own trumpets as the saviours of CN no matter which alliance you're in. You can take the boy put of Vox but you can't take the Vox out of the boy.

Is there any point to this other than self-promotion? IAA were nothing special, their performance in that war was dismal and they certainly weren't any kind of shining beacon leading the way for the current "uprising" against NPO. In fact one sad thing about any potential Karma victory would be the endless nonsense like this that we'll be forced to endure.

Shocking. This is worse than the NPO member who contacted us and asked for a MHA recruiter to contact them because they didn't want to fight in this war. To the OP, you've had GGA in your AA for however long and have thus been protected by that. In exchange for that protection you fight during times of war. If you realise now that you made a poor choice then have some fun and fight, repay the debt you owe GGA for accepting their protection and once that's repaid then leave and make a better choice of alliance. That's the way that alliances work.

Potentially, but nothing major. It's worth remembering (or actually reading in the first place) that our decision not to stand alongside NPO has nothing to do with avoiding the big dogs (lol) but to do with a breakdown in the relationship between NPO and MHA over the circumstances leading to this war. We will not support them or anyone else who supports this war, but if anyone thinks this is an easy time to declare on NPO because of an old grudge or wants to kick them while they're down to make themselves fell better then feel free to try.
