What about a war that put TPF to 1/7 their pre-war NS. Think that maybe that damage would have been enough, but I guess not. This is nothing more then a war to try to finish us off. How bout the fact that this occured during said war, and not during peacetime.

I believe they were part of the bloc that was preventing NPO(and TPF by default) from getting terms. So yeh, you lose LoD. Also, they were fair game via the treaty web at the time. Keep in mind the only reason this was even discussed was because we saw no end in sight because your 'just' coalition was out for bloodlust.

How about you read this page. TPF didn't force terms at gunpoint onto PC, so why should PC be rewarded for breaking a NAP.

We were squashing MK at the time... I thought I already said this earlier. So this is how it feels like to be rolled...hmm this sucks. Just because NPO leadership chose to stay out of the war with Polar doesn't mean that NPO's membership despised them in some way. In fact it was quite the opposite, but there was nothing we could do(Aside from leaving, which a few did do).
