    The more and more that one applies logic and cold hard facts to this scenario; the more it becomes apparent that NPO are without morality, honour, and integrity. Your citizens do not get put in prison without knowing what they are in prison for. You do not punish your children without telling them the reason. You communicate with your allies when you're about to hit one of their allies In this scenario, I strongly feel that NPO are acting, quite frankly, as a rogue alliance and should be treated as such. Any form of sovereignty; any form of legitimacy from NPO walked out the door with this DOW. Lets call NPO what they really are, instead of hiding behind a lie of integrity, honour and trust: They are rogue, they are outsiders, they are not to be trusted, and most importantly - they arent good allies. .

    The honorary thing of course, is to tell the people who you are attacking, why they're being attacked. NPO acts without honour, and that of course will be reflected in the battles and in the trenches of dear soliders who fight on our behalf. Convincing your allies to act with integrity should always be top of the priority list. Saying "We're hitting you because we dont like you" is an acceptable CB. Hitting alliances with a reason then withholding that information, so that the nations of bob cannot scrutinise it, is quite frankly, as I've already stated, NPO being NPO. They are of course up to their old tricks. Its not public, and they havent told NG, because it simply doesnt stand up to scrutiny.

    This is the type of hypocrisy that we've all come to know and hate from NPO. NPO were the first to say "WE NEED TO SEE EVIDENCE!" But refuse to give it when the time comes. How pathetic. If I had a choice of being friends with NPO or a murderer, I'd choose the murderer because at least you'd know what they are. With NPO, you never know what's going to happen. One day fine, the next day you're being attacked for no reason and wondering what on earth is going on.

[/quote] for IPB the setting is in the group settings in ACP ("Can 'Hard Delete' own topics?" and "Can 'Soft Delete' own topics") but as Manwe mentioned its more a policy thing than a technical reason

PC didnt engage Fark because there would have been no point in doing so, it would have put our other allies in a harsh position. RoK, however, went totally against their supposed 'side' of the treaty web and attacked an alliance which would otherwise now be engaged in supporting their OTHER allies, such as Umbrella / GOONS / VE in their fight against NPO/NpO. RoK would also be supporting their superfriends allies, such as CSN, against DT if they hadnt chosen to hit PC. Instead of looking at the bigger picture here, RoK has chosen to take this opportunity to settle some imagined personal vendetta that their government has against PC. Stop.trying.to.re-write.history
