    If that were the reasoning towards TLR's poor showing so far, then they would have nation in peace mode to protected them from the initial counter. They don't though, b/c that's not whats going on here. They're just really really inactive.

    16 wars declared before update is a little on the low side for what I'd usually expect from fighting ODN in the past. Whats going on ODN?

    I see alliances go both ways on doing tech deals during war. I wouldn't say either way is wrong though. I prefer to keep selling tech, however, there is the added difficulty that by the time a seller buys tech and sends it, they can easily be attacked and knocked to less than 100 tech. Things are just a lot trickier. Either way, you're not nearly as clever as you think you're being.
