Sorry zoom. Apparently if you don't send a personalized message to all 20000+ rulers letting them know, then you haven't done it right.

There are a number of things wrong with this. o/ on the intent I guess. And since impressing me is clearly what the point of this was, I'll let you know that I would've been more impressed if you had just announced that you you were just flat out protecting them and [i]would[/i] retaliate to any raids/attacks instead of making it optional for you. There is, of course, a limit on outgoing in game PMs of 200 per day. Is this stretched by multi-recipient messaging? For instance, if I have sent 190 messages so far in one day and I send out a message to 26 more rulers (1 + 25 carbon copies), do I recieve an error which won't allow me to send until I have removed the correct number of recipients? If not, do all 26 messages go out or only 10? If only 10, is there a warning/message/whatever that tells me after that not all my messages were sent out?
