SO when you mess with them your messing with me. So i please ask you to put your pety differences aside and leave Hydra alone! Section II Neither alliance shall engage in or endorse military action against the other signatory. If a nation is found in violation of this they will be ordered to offer peace and appropriate reparations as agreed upon by both alliances. Defending nations are required to limit retaliation to the level of attacks received should an offending nation refuse to offer peace or refuse to agree on terms of reparations. Section III Neither alliance will engage in or endorse espionage against the other. Section IV Both alliances and their respective members shall remain civil to each other at all times, especially but not limited to the public forums. Section V If either alliance receives information concerning a threat to the other, the receiving alliance will notify the other signatory as soon as possible and provide the relevant information, keeping the source hidden if chosen. Section VI Should either alliance find themselves at war, members are encouraged to provide aid where possible to members of the that signatory, however such action is voluntary. Should Military, Diplomatic, Financial or other forms of Aid be needed by either party they may submit a private request for such aid to the other party. Should the request be denied, a written response should be privately conveyed within 48 hours of the request. Section VI Either signatory may terminate this pact at any time; however, the withdrawing alliance must notify the other signatory through diplomatic channels 48 hours prior to this, except when the countersigned has violated Sections II, III or IV. Bromance is a very serious relationship between two bros. FnKa and Hydra share this such bond, and as such, feel the need to educate everybody else with a few lessons on bromance. Lesson 1 - Independence No matter how close bros can be, you gotta make sure each other have their space. FnKa and Hydra may love each other, but they are individuals and always will be. Lesson 2 - Disagreements Bros argue, it happens, don't deny it. But FnKa and Hydra are best of bros, and they won't let anything get in the way of them, so they won't fight each other no matter what. Lesson 3 - Backing Your Bro Up If your bro is getting beaten up, you step in and help him. FnKa and Hydra will be sure to do this for each other with fists, words, or cash. If your bro is fighting for somebody else though, you don't HAVE to step in, but its greatly apreciated. Sometimes bros gotta start fights too, if this happens you don't have to fight with 'em, but it sure would be nice. Lesson 4 - Info If you hear info about your bro, you tell 'em. Don't just let them not know what's being told about them behind their back, help 'em out. Lesson 5 - Ending the Bromance Bros drift apart sometimes, it's sad, but it's the truth. If either FnKa or Hydra feel the need to end the bromance, 72 hours is needed before the bromance is considered done and over with. As a former member of Hydra, and the current MoFA of FnKa i know the true meaning of bromance. There are no better people in this game then the people at Hydra. Long live this epic bromance! Im not sure why they didnt DoW tonight. Only thing i can think is they either want to piss us off, or they are scared as hell. If 1 then wow congratz we are all pissed but you get hit harder and hope its worth it. If 2 then you should have just cancelled and disbandoned cuz real alliances are there for their allies. Thats just my input.

Ya man i know how you feel. We all want DoWs. But i dont think its a case of no balls. I have alot of respect for TOOL i have never known them to be cowards. Tonight, tom or Friday there will be DoWs or TPF wont get help. Get out the popcorn the shows about to start.
