I'm stoked - NATO is way worse than TSO, so I'm sure we've got a shot at the finals.

I'm disappointed - if the NSO is required to give a beer review, they should also be required to bring enough for the whole class. Seriously, though - congrats to the NSO for finally getting peace in the stupidest war Planet Bob has seen in quite a while.

I'm still having fun. As long as I get 6-8 months in between wars to rebuild I'm happy, so this current drought of conflict has been fine for me.

Since a treaty must be activated, if members of a bloc are taking an action that is not under the aegis of the bloc, and the treaty has not been activated, then it is not a bloc action. This is the actions of an individual alliance, RoK, and their allies, most of whom happen to be in SF.

Multiply that times 1000, and you could probably force a settlement out of a larger alliance, both through being persistently annoying, and by choking off recruitment by scaring away all their new blood. Oh, and as one of the final triums for a just-disbanded alliance, I feel like GUN should be added to the list - just put a line through our name.
