MK really needs to stop stealing all the war

You do realise how difficult this is to uphold, right? Unless you're very careful or ally to very few people this will backfire eventually. Instead why not try mediating for peace between both your allies? However you've chosen to cancel on NATO when it looks very likely they'll be dragged in to defend. At least this has shown NATO who their true allies are.

Yeah I re-rolled just over a year ago. I was in government of Atlantis for a time and quite a prominent member of it too. Followed that crowd VE and ended up in Hyperion. Got annoyed with the decision making there and the NoCB war and was tired of my fur trade. Came close to properly leaving a little while after that so I sent off tons of aid before leaving. Re-rolled under a new name just to see what I would get and got Iron and wheat which isn't too shabby. Decided to give Polar a try after the NoCB war. Not really considered well known but I keep my old name in my sig just for the hell of it. It is fun re-doing your nation the second time because my first nation was a mess. Do wish I hadn't changed my name though.

I'm pleased to see this resolved. Having known Heracles for a long time before this all I can say is how dissapointing his actions are. o/ STA

Hmm an interesting treaty indeed. Really respect MK but have seen little to change my opinion on ODN despite all the talk of them having 'changed'. I guess we'll have to wait and see how much of an ally ODN prove to be in the long term. Good luck to both.

I'm more referring to the lack of direction that seemed to be hanging over us after the war. Sure there may have been activity but it didn't really seem like there was much effort in terms of FA or improving the alliance on the whole.

A pretty good read. Hyperion was not forced to disband it just chose to merge into GR. It was pretty much dead thanks to the NoCB war though.

Hmm lets see: Some small alliance with a few friends beyond all scope of politics Atlantis Viridian Entente Hyperion New Polar Order There were a few others but it was only for about a day so I just counted the ones that mattered.

When it comes down to it there can be something much more damaging that came from this war which makes any financial loss to a nation insignificant. Pushing people to want to leave Planet Bob is one such consequence. An admittance of how wrong you felt it was and admitting mistakes is more than sufficient.

Now it's all starting to make sense

Each alliance may share a wealth of experience but this was still extremely slow. Why some of that experience couldn't have made this signed ages ago is beyond me. It's about time something like this was signed. o/ All signatories.

Although it would be nice to have the old gang together I doubt Atlantis (my first home) would ever be able to make a comeback. Even if it were to come back I doubt it would be the same and it would only hurt many other alliances out there. People seem to be happy where they are right now and I don't see that changing anytime soon. It's nice to see some alliances making a comeback so long as they have learnt from their previous experiences and don't make the same mistakes again.

I have to say I find this view as well as those who have so far put Polaris as Neutral very fascinating and a little amusing. Don't you think we would like to have a little action? Stop being so mean!

I know I need to leave this alone but I just love asking things. How did you get to the figure of you leaving months before we were attacked? Please note that this is a genuine question.
