Interesting view point Adder, but I don't think it's a matter of blame in your case unfortunately. I suppose it could end up being that way if you don't at least attempt to find a way to resolve the situation, but that is not something anyone can tell you to do or not to do. I think it's pretty obvious to everyone here that isn't a noob how this all transpired, question I have to ask myself is where will it lead to? /me shrugs

It is not possible to answer your question Gorbachov, due to the fact that some improvements restrict the purchase of others (I.e. the border fortifications won't allow you to build the forward operating base) and that you can increase your citizens in other ways (I.e. trades and land) I would say on average about 10k infra should be adequate, but like I said there is no real way to give you a definitive answer.

You could ask the people who owe you tech to forward the tech to someone else and have them send you the money. If your alliance mates have dealers looking to set something up pm me in game :) Also Dcrews, your cps score is 603 so I doubt you need 5 rf's.

Eddard, I served Pacifica for nearly five years. An extremely large percentage of my tech deals were with Comrades. Looking at NPO's foreign aid screen I can see that things have not changed. Your pathetic attempts are amusing to me and I'm quite certain others, but for your own sake I'd recommend you stop to avoid further embarrassing yourself.
