1. I'm looking, but you don't look too pretty, so i'll have to look away soon. Really.

3. #truuuuuuuu Once upon a time, I was known as an alliance hopper, because I left a lot of the AA's I joined within 2-3 weeks of joining. I was in MHA, when they were the largest alliance in the game in numbers, two man AA's, middle sized AAs, semi-large, sanctioned alliances, and inactive shell alliances. No matter the size of the alliance, i've always felt that smaller AA's were so much better suited to my game play. This is not a game that I want to sit out, and plan 6 months to a year later, like some AA's seem want to do. I just don't find that enjoyable, and I find that "micro's" just seem to play the game that I do, not that micro's don't plan for the future, or for a year in advance, because I don't know every micro, and how they play. I'm just saying, if that they played like that, I wouldn't be in that micro. I've just found micro's to have more fun with their membership, not an old-mens club, and have more one-on-one communication with members. Micro's will never go away, because large alliances don't play the game like some people want to play.
4. You missed the point entirely. He didn't back out of the deal, far from it. If you actually had contextual reading down, you would be able to discern that said nation was in bill lock, and was looking for help from his alliance. He said to us that he wasn't able to pay us after two weeks after the missed deal, then in two weeks, he said he wasn't going to pay us, because he was in bill lock, and couldn't send out aid. We then contacted NSF gov, they ignored us, so this thread was made. They in turn contacted us, so what you see as pointless, was in fact not that pointless. We helped a nation get out of bill lock, and helped him complete his deals, as well as getting the original tech. Just because you don't think it has a point, the point was gotten by the people it was intended to get get, and it was taken care of. So, in fact, it was not at all pointless. So i'm oh so sorry that you think people using the CNForums to actually contact people, and or get something done is pointless. I also find it funny that the community says this place is dying around here, but when people actually use the CNForums for game related topics such as these, they get berated, and made fun of for using the CNForums. Before you say, you can use forums, and irc to get this done. No alliance needs a forum to play this game or irc to play this game. We have in-game announcements which take away the need for forums, and irc. We have the CNForums for global communication, which it has been used since inception.
5. Yea, he said the same thing on irc, but he also said, he had to send out all his tech to lower the bills as well. The kid has been waiting a month or so for help, and judging by his PMs to his buyer, he's been asking for it for awhile, and he just got it. Also, I don't believe it was his fault he got sent into bill lock (we can argue it was since he wasn't prepared for war, but that ultimately lands on the AA's government) he was either attacking FAN in the short war, or was attacked by FAN. So it wasn't really his fault he was sent into bill lock, in my eyes. But I can see where it was his fault for not having a warchest, but I digress. I agree with you that helping someone who doesn't deserve to be bailed out, because of his own mistakes, and faults, just helps to replicate the behavior again, and again. Though, I don't think it was his fault, by being in bill-lock, or staying in bill-lock. Because let's be real, how negligible would the reduction in his bills have really been? 40k? If he's been in bill lock for a month or so, that would not have helped in the slightest. But hey, NSF our your allies, so I get you defending them, but I hope you can see the selling off of military, which maybe would have saved 40k in bills, and telling him to send out his tech before he got money (which the game wouldn't have allowed him to do) is a sad reason to kick someone off the AA, especially who was active. Yes, auctor, we've extended our help to eric4500, and if he wants to join there is no one stoping him from joining us.
6. He was an active kid, who was looking for help. Sure, I agree with you that you should kick nations who are noobs from your AA. I can get behind that. But they kicked him for not following orders, which was if you want our help, lower your bills, and send the 200 tech your nation has to lower your bills. How on earth, if he is bill locked, can he send that aid to lower his bills? I get kicking people for not following orders, if they wont follow orders, off you go. But the game wouldn't allow him to do what they were asking him to do. We sent him aid to get out of bill lock, and crv said we can get our tech from him, and NSF wouldn't pay it. Which is all fine and dandy, i'm just glad that we all came to a conclusion of said matter. The nation is getting the help he needs, and we will be getting our tech. I want to thank NSF for the help they've been tonight, 11 days later.
7. Again I wont drop logs, but what they wanted him to do, the game would not have allowed for him to do that. They wanted him to send out the 200 tech before they helped him. He was in bill-lock, so he could not send out any aid, he could only receive. Kick out a nation for being a noob, I can get behind that reasoning for other circumstances, but don't tell the kid to do something that the game wont allow him to do, then kick him out for not doing it.
8. Feminism is dead. We support women's rights to RIOT, anyone else is just a mean old grumpy man, and will have to deal with Natalia.
9. I queried Saxplayer about it, and showed empirical logs of what I said to saxplayer. I can PM you the same logs, which I will do in a second. I'm waiting on Mistrals logs, to show you who he talked to. I can show you logs of where I said, hey let me query Saxplayer since, they ignored you. I can also show you the PMs I had with Empirical (screen shots) of our PM conversation last night, where I started the conversation. Which will be sent in a second. No one in NSF has tried to get back to be sans, Empirical.
10. I find it funny that when other people start threads about a nation who doesn't pay up on the tech, and is basically "scamming" us, by saying yea, two weeks after the deal ends, you'll get it in a few days. Two weeks later, whoops, you're not getting it for some more time now, it's been a month, or slightly over a month. Everyone says thank you, we wont deal with said nation. When we do something everyone has a problem with it, especially two weeks worth of trying to contact their gov about the tech deal scam going on, with no response. That my friend, is really stupid. I guess, hey, maybe since we don't like each other, the kid feels that he can skip out on a deal. Or that the gov can ignore us, and not have the tech paid. So since the gov wasn't answering us, we decided to get their attention another way, and oh my, would you look at that? It got solved. Though they are saying we never tried contacting them, logs were provided.
11. Should have waited a month for the celebratory thread!
12. Already shown logs to Empirical, you can ask Saxplayer for the logs as well. It's been two weeks of us trying to contact you about this. EDIT: Also, get your kid some money too, this was more so to help him out as well. He's in bill lock, help a bro out.
13. Now RIOT government has tried to contact NSF government on two occasions about simply trying to get this sorted, hell, to see if we could get the kid some money so he could repay his tech that he owes. They simply never replied to us. He seems like an active player, and does what is right for his nation. We’re just hoping this message shows NSF, after ignoring us for trying to help one of their members, that, HEY your kid needs some money to get out of bill lock, and so he can pay us our tech. Eric4500 Please get the help you need from NSF, so you can pay us our tech. Until thus time we have to warn bob about your nefarious tech dealings. So no one suffers like we have over this. I mean it's been a month, but we do thank you for the bi-monthly reminders that you haven't paid us our tech. We’re just looking at what is best for your nation. If you wanted to join RIOT, I think we can help you with getting that 6 mill to get you back on track! Credit to FHIC / Shave N haircut for this title.
14. 103, tyvm But I'd say top 20 is the arbitrary line, if there should be one. Anyone outside the top 30, in all honesty, shouldn't even be considered. Breaking into the top 100 shouldn't be an accomplishment, in all honesty as well.
15. Check the spoilers, as soon as you reach the top 120, you're "in" the sanction race. Also, congrats, I suppose.
