    In that case, it should be pointed out that simply including the sentence in quotation marks doesn't a citation make. This is a clear case of plagiarism. You must cite your sources. There are several acceptable ways to do so: - Modern Language Association, - Chicago Manual of Style, - American Psychological Association, - Etc. Were you my student, I would warn you that you are dangerously close to burning in academic hell for the sin of plagiarism. Repent, less ye be sentenced to damnation! Edit: You see, even the best sometimes needs to proofread.

OR What a pathetic Casus Belli; you want a war, you will get one. OR What a pathetic Casus Belli! You want a war? You will get one! I'd like to point out that you can more clearly articulate your thoughts with a little bit of thoughtful syntax.
