In fact, we see no reason why they should have to contact anyone at all. We do not chase alliances beyond the grave, and, despite the obvious use of the GOONS acronym, we consider this to be an honest attempt to create a fresh start. We remain at war with any nation flying the AA "Goon Order of Neutral Shoving". Consistent with our policy since the end of the Unjust War, we offer unconditional peace to any nation flying this AA that surrenders. I can understand the insults thrown at Chunky Monkey who styled himself as a savior and managed to antagonize others, but these new GOONS seem like they legitimately want a break with the past.
