The two signatory alliances agree that neither of their members shall ever clash with one another. Should a nation of one of the undersigned alliances come along and engage one of the other signatory's nations, or impede on their sovereignty, said nation will be ordered to cease and desist within 24 hours and then pay reparations equal to 150% of total damages received. B. Should the aggressor refuse to obey the warning within the given amount of time, said nation will be declared a rogue and be dealt with by having a his/her war slots filled or whatever punishment is deemed suitable, and the alliance to whom the aggressor belonged shall be responsible for paying reparations to the victim. [b]INTELLIGENCE[/b] A. NEAT and PPO hereby swear not to participate nor assist in any espionage against each other or their allies. Both alliances hereby swear to be honorable alliances and to hold said honor above all . Any acts of espionage would render this treaty null and void. B. Furthermore, NEAT and PPO also swear to report any new of possible attacks against the other signatory as soon as it is discovered. [b]AID[/b] This clause gives both alliances the authorization to formally request military and/or financial assistance in any war against any other alliance or nation. However, once a request is made by one alliance, it is up to the other alliance to decide if they will grant the request or not. Should a request for assistance be denied, let there be no hard feelings. [b]Treaty[/b] Should either signatory wish to cancel or upgrade this treaty, 24hour notice must be given to the other.
