The Mongol-Swedes
I'm impressed by neither their strength nor LSF's. VietLSF doesn't have the same ring to it. By the way, I'm impressed by the sexiness of your sig. Let's chat sometime.

hizzy
I always enjoyed going to war against commie alliances back in the day. Seeing them pop back up honestly does not bother me but I do have a couple things to point out as an unbiased observer, if I may; 1) I do recall once upon a time such a large number of communist alliances, each breaking off to form their unique little clique of commies, and all you did was weaken your own status. The formation and unity of The International was ground-breaking and gave commies (what looks like) a great home. Why return to a fractured left? 2) LSF for a protectorate? Really? I'm starting to think you guys haven't heard of this little band of merry men in tights known 'round these parts as The International. Once you get to know them though, please tell them to switch to slacks. If I have to see one more bulge i'm gonna punch a kitten in the kidney. Otto Verteidiger
I consider this to be an unnecessary move. Not only was the original SWF short-lived, it wasn't really particularly memorable. Furthermore there is already one communist alliance, so unless there is some sort of internal turmoil there which would cause them to join you, I really don't see you getting very large. All in all, really just an attempt to capitalize off the name of a dead alliance. Really, why must you do this? Exactly my thought based on hizzy's logic. Why not join one of the already established communist alliances instead of trying to make your own and hurting yourselves in the end? kingzog
While I genuinely wish you all the best, it seems that all this does is take away even more from The International's objective of serving as Planet Bob's Communist clearinghouse. I don't get it....but good luck all the same. And yes, what my friend Hizzy said.

Xantenia
I consider this to be an unnecessary move. Not only was the original SWF short-lived, it wasn't really particularly memorable. Furthermore there is already one communist alliance, so unless there is some sort of internal turmoil there which would cause them to join you, I really don't see you getting very large. All in all, really just an attempt to capitalize off the name of a dead alliance. Really, why must you do this? We said almost the same thing about Nordreich, however, we've looked past our differences and have been able to cooperate with one another. Even in the days of the Nordreich, and Norden Verein, there were other little, or different splinter groups with similar ideological stances as NoR/NoV, and others which didn't roleplay the politics, but were still influenced by the same politics too. Simply, if we look at CN political alliances, none are ideologically united under one banner, in one alliance. "Leftists" are especially prone to splitting, the ICSN debacle showed this, putting everyone under one banner because they share the same or similar economic outlooks just doesn't work, because there are more factors to consider. In addition, the International said they were fine with this anyway.

Xantenia
Lol, I'm confused as to why people seem so surprised, saddened, or annoyed at the far "left" being disunited. It's not like all non-"left" alliances are completely united under one banner either. Edited June 15, 2009 by Xantenia
Shodemofi-NPO
Lol, I'm confused as to why people seem so surprised, saddened, or annoyed at the far "left" being disunited. It's not like all non-"left" alliances are completely united under one banner either. With the exception of Star Wars, I can think of no other theme for an alliance (such as leftism) that has seen the creation of multiple alliances. Why not join one of the already established communist alliances instead of trying to make your own and hurting yourselves in the end? Because people want to be noobs leaders and think that lead an alliance is one requeriment to be important. Also I like the seal in the OP, is it new? Canik
The International is the new SWF. Why be separate from them? Separatists! That's not the SWF way, it was created for unity. Also, if you want to be separatists why not just join LSF?
