Legends fade to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again.
In one Age, called the third age by some, an Age yet to come, an age long pass, a wind rose in the Mountains of Mist.
The wind was not the beginning. There are neither beginnings or endings to the turning of the Wheel of Time.
But it was a beginning.[/i][/center]

The last month has seen some changes in TOOL's government - with my ascension to Lord Captain Commander, this has left the [font="Palatino Linotype"][size="3"][color="blue"]Amrylin (Hand of Foreign Affairs)[/color][/size][/font] position open and Elderon has been promoted this position. TOOL has great faith in Elderon and his ability as long as you don't let a stalk of celery near him.

While there have been government changes, TOOL is also proud to announce that our former protectorate Shin-Ra is now a PIAT partner! We wish them all the luck as they embark on their journey on Planet Bob.

A Peace, Intelligence and Aid Treaty (PIAT) by and between Shin-Ra and TOOL.[/i]

[b]Preamble[/b]
In the interests of friendship between their esteemed alliances, Shin-Ra and TOOL agree to the following terms:

[b]Section I[/b]
Both alliances and their respected members shall remain sovereign of each other.
[b]
Section II[/b]
Neither alliance shall engage in or endorse military action against the other signatory. If a nation is found in violation of this they will be ordered to offer peace and reparations equivalent to 2.0 times the total damages inflicted. Should an offending nation refuse to offer peace or refuse to agree on terms of reparations then defending nations are required to limit retaliation to the level of attacks received.

Section III[/b]
Neither alliance will engage in or endorse espionage against the other.
[b]
Section IV[/b]
Both alliances and their respective members shall remain civil to each other at all times, especially but not limited to the public forums.

[b]Section V[/b]
If either alliance receives information concerning a threat to the other or their allies, the receiving alliance will notify the other signatory as soon as possible and provide the relevant information, keeping the source hidden if chosen.

[b]Section VI[/b]
Should either alliance find themselves at war, members are encouraged to provide aid where possible to members of the that signatory, however such action is voluntary. Should Military, Diplomatic, Financial or other forms of Aid be needed by either party they may submit a private request for such aid to the other party. Should the request be denied, a written response should be privately conveyed within 48 hours of the request.

Section VI[/b]
Either signatory may terminate this pact at any time; however, the withdrawing alliance must notify the other signatory through diplomatic channels 48 hours prior to this, except when the countersigned has violated Sections II, III or IV.[/quote][/center]

[center]TOOL Tech Seller Alliance Affiliation is under the protection of TOOL. Do not attack this AA or it will be seen as an act of war against TOOL. Should an aggressive war be launched by a nation on this AA, they will be expelled immediately and TOOL will not pay reparations for their actions. [/center]

Article 4:[/b] TOOL reserves the right to expel a nation from "TOOL Tech Seller" AA at any time.

Tl;dr: Don't attack TOOL Tech Seller AA, TOOL signs a PIAT with Shin-Ra and TOOL has new government.

This one is a more High Quality Version and doesn't have that Black Border
