Owned-You Posted December 28, 2009 Report Share Posted December 28, 2009 The Order Of Jaguars Pact Rectified On December 27th, 2009 Article I - Both parties pledge to defend the other should one be engaged in a defensive war no matter the circumstances or potential harm it may incur on either party. Furthermore, both parties may request assistance in an offensive conflict however the other party is not obligated to help; it falls upon that party to determine if they give assistance or not. Article II - Both parties pledge to hand over any information related to threats upon the other as well as information that may be of interest to the other. Failure to do so would be a breaking of this pact. Article III - This pact will remain in effect for the period of one round, at the start of the new round both parties have a period of 10 days to resign this pact. Should neither party diplomatically engage the other within 10 days, this pact will be considered null and void. Lastly, should any party ever feel the need to cancel this pact during a round they may do so privately without the need of an OWF topic however the pact will remain active for a period 48 hrs prior to it being nullified. Article IV - Further additions or amendments may be made by proposed by either party too this treaty, should they pass a rectified treaty will be resigned and posted on the OWF.
