People of the Johto Empire, and the world!

Our people have brought this land to great glory. And yet, there is a problem. Mandalore is crushed by missiles, Furon too.

And there is Libya. Oh Libya. They call Mandalore a rogue state, place men on an undefended border. What in the world do they expect to gain? War? Mandalore is a demilitarized zone!

Now with recent evidence that, for national security we will disclose only to our cloest allies, a Libyan fightercraft shot down a low-flying satellite of ours, operating in Mandalore no doubt, we need to stop this mad state before they tear all of Africa apart.

You could have repented. But you didn't. You have waited far too long. Now is our time to strike! For the Empire, and for Africa!

As swift as the announcement, Empire forces cross te border, being careful to watch for anti-personnel defenses. With the 50,000 men sent, 448 tanks are also sent. On the other side, 25,000 men are loaded onto the JE Zulu with the JEN Sulieman to protect it. Before it could begin it's operation, a message was sent ot Carthage.

FRM: JOHTO EMPIRE
BODY: We request rights to pass through the Strait in order to attack the Libyans. We assume you will grant us this pleasure?

- Kahled al-Fulani

At the same time, air bases in the nothern Empire launch Kfirs, tasked with providing air support. They, when coupled wih artillery, would give the ibyans a hell of a time.

"Do you have evidence it was my good friend Libya who shot down your satellite?"

We stated, for national security reasons we cannot disclose this.

Where are the evidence that point to where the anti-satellite missile came from?

Perhaps you need better translators. We clearly stated it was a Libyan fighter craft, not a missile.

Good luck.

How the heck can a jet fighter can shoot down a satellite? Unless if that satellite was already falling out of orbit or the fighter jet was equipped with long range anti-satellite missiles, there is no way that can happen.

If that did happen, we would be amazed by Libya's AOS (Air to Outer Space) missile technology.

A Libyan fightercraft shot down a low-flying missile of ours, operating in Mandalore no doubt

"So you were launching missiles at Mandalore too and Libya was protecting the "rogue" state of Mandalore from your missile attacks? Perhaps you my friend are the one who is in the wrong" -Official statement form Kivortistan.

With permission from Carthage, the ships now head toward the Strait of Gibraltar, taking the exact co-ordinates given from Carthage to avoid minefields. A radi omessage was sent ot the Carthage fleet, "Are we advancing towards the correct co-ordinates, over?"

"Yes, you are. You have activated the Treaty of Aphrike - signed by Libya, Novak, Carthage and Rebel Army."

Immediately, anti-naval missile fortifications up since the civil war* opened fire on the two ships with a massive barrage of missiles. From the Gibraltar Air Base, a squadron of F-46 fighter-bombers was dispatched to sink the ships if they still remained operational after the firing. Immediately after communications were shut off, e-bombs** were fired at the invading Johto troops in Libya. Thirty thousand Carthaginian troops started moving south, supported by nine hundred tanks. The groups were split into three - one heading to the Johto troops, two heading for Johto. One group was heading for the capital, the other for the largest military base.

The only response from the Captain was "LOLWUT" before the Corvette exploded.

As the tropps advanced, the missile exploded above their heads, cutting out all electronics. "Damn tank's not working! EMP, we're on foot." They continued to advance regardless of the outcome.

OOC: Ahahaha, I forgot about the satelite.

IC:

During a routine harrassment of Libyan assets near the Mandalorian border by our newest prototypical Aircraft patrol of the Mandalorian DMZ by NoN-CMBT forces, we stumbled upon the wreckage of what appears to be a high-altitude and high-speed crash of an unknown object. Perhaps these remains, located near the North-Eastern Mandalore/Libya border is the satellite you seek?

On second thought, it looks like you have bigger fish to fry/swallow?

Kfirs engage the Libyan fighters in the air to do thier job. Artillery moved to just behind the advance began firing on the oncoming troops, but without tanks and the naval invasion that would never come, the men continue to fight regardless. The CMs hit their mark and the bases are destroyed.

*Message to UMS*

UMS, we need assistance, Carthage has declared war on us and attacked our ships, repeat, Carthage has attacked us! We require assistance!

The mechanized forces of the Carthaginian army tore through Johto civilian space, racing quickly to the political and military capitals of Johto. Air support was heavy and a web of ground troops was quickly overtaking much of Johto while the army going to attack the Johto troops closed in. Unless they were able to spawn a second army inside of their borders, they would soon be conquered.

//OOC: just emphasizing that I'm moving very fast to cut your country in half and capture major cities
